Program Manager
will oversee multiple government contracts and technical projects, managing lifecycle execution, cross-functional teams, and customer deliverables. Responsibilities of the
Program Manager
include: Oversee multiple government contracts & technical projects, managing full lifecycle execution, resources, and deliverables Serve as primary point of contact with government stakeholders & contracting officers, ensuring compliance & timely communications Manage program budgets, subcontractors, & personnel, coordinating across operations, finance, & technical teams Implement project management tools & methodologies (eg., work breakdown structures, risk plans, financial controls, …) Lead strategic planning & problem-solving efforts, providing consulting on project execution & continuous improvement Mentor & supervise project managers, providing leadership development & coordinating responsibilities with deputy PMs Coordinate with internal business functions - including HR, finance, legal, & business development - to support contract execution & growth Qualifications of the
Program Manager
include: 10+ years of project/program management experience, ideally within government contracting 2-5+ years of recent program management experience, overseeing multiple projects or functional areas Extensive background in federal contracts, with strong understanding of compliance, budgeting, & technical oversight Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Compensation for the

includes: Salary Range:
$145,000-155,000
