We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Technical Program Manager to lead our client’s complex modernization program. Please note: This is not a Scrum Master or Agile Champion role.
Role: E2E TPM Experience: 10+ years Work Location: Phoenix, AZ Project Duration: 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities
Manage large-scale programs end-to-end (E2E), coordinating across multiple impacted platform teams Collaborate with Engineering and Product leaders to track multiple modernization efforts Own and maintain program roadmaps Provide biweekly/monthly leadership updates including BURs Build and present executive-level dashboards Understand technical aspects of modernization sub-initiatives and link related dependencies and risks Manage project plans, RAID logs, and facilitate ART Syncs
Qualifications
Proven domain knowledge in Finance, Regulatory, and Compliance Proven experience in project management within a cross-functional environment Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while driving collaboration across teams
