ystems! What You Will Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient
DevSecOps
pipelines tailored to Electric Power Systems software development, driving
innovation
and streamlining processes.
Develop automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate software development cycles.
Architect, implement, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, shaping the future of software delivery.
Select, configure, and integrate tools to enhance software development flow,
optimizing
productivity and performance.
Work closely with the Power & Controls DevOps Manager and the Enterprise Digital Product Life Cycle (DPLC) team to understand and adapt DevOps practices, ensuring alignment with the specific needs of Electric Systems programs and driving continuous improvement.

Enable development teams to automate artifact generation and effectively manage product lifecycles, promoting efficiency and quality.
Automate software releases while ensuring quality, cybersecurity, and safety requirements are met, driving excellence in software delivery.
Drive behavioral- and test-driven development practices to enhance software design, implementation, and test automation, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Design, develop, and
maintain
dashboards that display
DevSecOps
metrics, performance measures, and indicators of continuous improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making and success in Power & Controls embedded software development.
Qualifications You Must Have Requires
a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and
minimum
8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and
minimum
5 years of experience
Qualifications We Prefer Bachelor’s or master’s
degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, guiding teams, and presenting technical information.
Strong experience in leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and fostering collaboration.
Experience working in aerospace, defense, or medical devices with a focus on secure software development and compliance standards
Familiarity with communication protocols relevant to embedded power systems

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
