We’re seeking a polished Epic Certified Project Manager specific to Grand Central.

The Perfect Candidate Needs To Have
Experience with previous Epic service area consolidations in a similar academic health system environment (scale and complexity).
Epic Certified Grand Central - Intimate knowledge of how the Epic applications work: Epic Prelude/GrandCentral, Epic Resolute Billing, Epic Clarity and Reporting Tools.
Understanding of enterprise grade ERP tools, and how they interact with Epic. (Infor CloudSuite— knowledge of CloudSuite specifically is a plus.)
Top notch project management skills. Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
Excellent communication skills. We are a highly nuanced bureaucratic organization. Stakeholder management will be central to this role.
Highly organized. Risks/Issues tracking, documentation management, dates & deliverables, and anything else that will be required to ensure deadlines are held and budgets are met.
Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
Ability to travel in a limitted capacity. 95% remote with the majority of the work being done via Webex and collaborative tools. But there may be a few events where it makes sense to travel onsite.
This is not a situation where there is currently a gap, or a fire that needs to be addressed—the project is in a good, stable position. But this is a tricky project, and we have a lot of stakeholders that need coordination. So this needs to be a polished PM.
