Senior Engineering Program Manager

within Honeywell Building Technologies, you will: Assess and drive program performance, partnering with engineers and cross-functional leaders to develop cost, schedule, and milestones. Define technology roadmaps and improve engineering quality and productivity. Create and maintain an optimized program management system for specific business segments. Bring global perspectives to understand technology and management concepts essential for Honeywell products and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics. Leadership influencing skills. 16 years of experience in multi-disciplinary engagements. At least 4 years managing 2-4 end-to-end product development lifecycle projects, including engineering, sourcing, regulatory, and QA. Experience managing the full product development cycle from customer voice to revenue. Solid understanding of engineering lifecycle models in software, electrical, and mechanical domains. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor's in Engineering. Proven track record in wall-to-wall program management and delivering complex projects that generate revenue. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or similar. Experience with engineering and agile methodologies, program management tools, and new product development. Exposure to Cloud, IoT, Data Analytics, UI Technologies, Embedded Firmware, and Control Systems. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects. Support strategic engagement, partnerships, and acquisitions for faster NPI delivery. Develop short and long-term strategies with marketing teams. Manage project teams for optimal ROI, delegate initiatives, and identify risks and opportunities. Develop budgets and ensure delivery against business goals.
