We are seeking a
full-time, staff Project Scheduler
to join our team onsite in Baxley, GA.
Top Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral). Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented focus. Proficiency with Primavera and/or Microsoft scheduling software. Basic understanding of industry scheduling terminology.
Key Responsibilities: Support and guide site Scheduling personnel. Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams to develop and update detailed schedules. Assist in analyzing and auditing schedules. Create and modify project schedules and integrate multiple schedules into a Master Program Schedule. Support proposal scheduling and project teams as needed.
Qualifications: Some college or post-secondary education preferred, or minimum of five years of related experience in construction. At least three years of experience in scheduling roles. Proficiency certifications or equivalent education are a plus.
The salary range for this role is $66,000 - $193,000, depending on experience and location. Final offers may vary.
Physical and Mental Tasks: Visual acuity, balancing, stooping, reaching, lifting over 15 pounds, walking, repetitive motion, kneeling, crouching, manual dexterity, grasping, climbing, hearing, talking, concentration, reading and writing complex documents, reasoning, decision-making, and expressing thoughts orally. Ability to wear safety equipment and perform all job functions in various environmental conditions.
