Leverage AI to enhance daily operations and transform processes, and lead impactful AI initiatives across engineering, product, and design teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while fostering a collaborative environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork, knowledge sharing, and effective communication. Develop detailed program plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk assessments. Identify and manage initiative dependencies, critical path, and potential bottlenecks and risks, developing contingency plans and providing timely resolutions to maintain initiative momentum. Collect, analyze, and track metrics and factors impacting developer productivity and satisfaction Collaborate across engineering to enhance software development processes. Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across other departments What You Need to Get the Job Done 8+ years of proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully managing multiple technical initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated experience leading teams through influence and strategic alignment to business OKRs. Proficiency in engineering methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Wrike). Experience in driving and coaching teams in advancing software development processes and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent executive-level communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey initiative status, updates, and risks to key stakeholders and leadership.
