What You'll Do As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in enhancing & supporting our in-house applications. You'll engage directly with stakeholders to understand business needs, propose creative solutions, & bring them to life through thoughtful development & testing. Whether you're flying solo or collaborating on a team project, your work will directly impact our internal operations & customer experience. Responsibilities Work closely with business partners to identify, clarify, & deliver software solutions Troubleshoot & resolve bugs in existing applications Collaborate with our clients, vendors, & internal teams, effectively communicating at all stages of implementation Document technical processes & development best practices Drive continuous improvement by welcoming feedback, failure, & new ideas Who You Are We're not just hiring for skills - we're looking for someone who shares our values and is excited to grow with us! 2+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role Experience with building, maintaining, & improving full-stack applications Strong interpersonal & communication skills - ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Growth mindset - willing to take risks, learn from mistakes, & help others succeed Located in or near Eagle, Idaho or willing to re-locate, & work in an in-office environment Paid Time Off, Paid Vacation, & Paid Holidays ESOP Retirement Plan (after 1 full year) Flexible Work Schedule 2-Weeks Remote Work (after 1 full year) In-office luncheons, plus a fully-stocked breakroom Culture of growth, collaboration, & value creation If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, please apply with a current resume, and send a cover letter to molly.orielly@containers.com!
