Associate Program Manager , you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing programs that align with Cranium’s goals and strategic vision. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are organized, adaptable, and eager to make an impact in a fast-growing field. You will work cross-functionally across teams, assisting in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring program deliverables are met. This position provides an excellent opportunity to grow your career in program management within the dynamic realm of AI security. As an Associate Program Manager, you will: Drive our managed program offerings that we offer to our platform clients, including working with client vendors to enable the creation and delivery of vendor AI Cards. Assist in customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth implementation of our solution and driving initial customer success Work with the Customer Success team to support ongoing customer engagement, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices Collaborate with the Services team to support delivery projects, helping customers achieve their AI security and compliance goals Contribute to various operational activities, ensuring internal processes and customer engagements run smoothly Grow to deliver product demos and technical presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the capabilities of Cranium’s platform What we look for: 0-2 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) and familiarity with productivity tools like the MS Office Suite. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, eager to take initiative and drive results. A passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in AI and cybersecurity. East-coast US (NYC Metro) preferred Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field. Experience with process improvement or documentation creation.
