What You’ll Do
Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand business needs and workflows Develop new products and features based on market needs Partner with engineering teams and leaders to ensure effective operation at all levels Create mock-ups, wireframes, and workflow diagrams Help identify business value, understand use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements Write clear Epics and establish acceptance criteria based on requirements Research functional, regulatory, or security needs to develop business requirements and processes Develop Beta Test Scripts and other documentation Required Skills/Experience
10+ years in a product development organization defining and delivering enterprise-class software Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with healthcare IT audiences Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps Understanding of core cloud concepts such as SaaS, APIs, DevOps/SRE, AI/ML Experience with product vision, roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and product operations Ability to build trust with cross-functional teams like Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Support, Finance, and Marketing Passionate about delivering quality solutions Willingness to travel 5-10% as needed Influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority Preferred Skills/Experience
Knowledge of Home Medical Equipment Experience with workflow automation technologies At ResMed, compensation is not typically set at the top of the range and depends on various factors.
