Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and at least two applications, database, messaging, or web server systems. Proven success in designing and implementing multiple software components and subsystems. Skilled in explaining software design and implementation choices, including strengths, weaknesses, and rationale. Effective oral and written communicator with both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders.
