Sr Oracle ERP Systems Support Analyst

Skills/Qualifications 10+ years of experience supporting and delivering ERP/SCM/HCM SaaS applications, including EBS and Fusion Cloud solutions. Expertise in Finance modules as a Functional Engineer, including Fusion GL, AR, Payables, CM, FA, Expenses, Lease Management, and Revenue Management. Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, ORDS services, and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). Strong understanding of Fusion quarterly updates, best practices for feature adoption, testing, and change management. Deep knowledge of roles, security, and Oracle implementation best practices, covering solution design, configuration, testing, and post-production support. Experience in pre-sales activities, technical proposal writing, and advisory roles for Oracle Cloud ERP and Payroll solutions. Skilled in troubleshooting, requirement gathering, CRP workshops, fast formula writing, parallel payroll run strategy, and execution. Ability to design and develop Oracle cloud solutions, integrating innovative proposals into mature solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A proactive, creative, and resilient mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration. Undergraduate or higher degree(s) holder or equivalent work experience considered. Range and benefit information: US: Hiring Range in USD from $46.30 to $95.91 per hour; from $96,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Candidates are typically placed within this range accordingly. Responsibilities As a Senior Principal Systems Engineer, you will be a technical guru with expertise across application and system stacks, focused on creating and managing business solutions using Oracle technology. You will set technology direction, build internal expertise, and resolve complex problems involving multiple product areas, providing guidance and support to senior technical advisors. Lead and coach team members, recognizing their contributions. Assess customer needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet their objectives. Assist customers in their journey to Cloud. Leverage Oracle cloud technologies using best practices. Ensure informed decision-making regarding scope, cost, quality, and reusability of solutions. Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and on-premise solutions. Support multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups. Ensure smooth transition from implementation to operations. Maintain Oracle solutions to meet customer demands across various platforms. Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to manage work streams. Support presales efforts by identifying and promoting sales opportunities. Lead strategic programs and initiatives to maximize value for customers.
