Senior Operations Analyst

Overview Apply for a remote, hybrid, or in-office position based in Lone Tree, CO. This is a full-time role posted recently, focusing on operations analysis within SNC's technology and strategic areas. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, agile team dedicated to conducting unbiased analysis to inform strategic decisions and support mission effectiveness of SNC technology concepts. Responsibilities include evaluating concepts of operations (CONOPS), defining requirements, engaging with customers, conducting trade analyses, and executing proof of concept exercises.

Responsibilities

Executing study plans and designing experiments effectively.

Researching military scenario performance factors.

Modeling and simulating military systems and scenarios.

Analyzing simulation results and performing statistical analysis.

Identifying insights within data sets.

Constructing clear and concise reports based on study findings.

Presenting results to stakeholders at various seniority levels.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in operations research, engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, military strategic studies, or related fields, with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Experience in military utility analysis, operations research, or military operations analysis.

Familiarity with DoD mission modeling programs (e.g., AFSIM, STK, BRAWLER, etc.).

Knowledge of OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Long-Range Fires missions.

Experience with trade-space analyses for radar, EO/IR, communications, or weapons payloads using physics-based models.

Proficiency in object-oriented programming and tools such as MATLAB, Python, C++.

Excellent presentation skills for technical and decision-making audiences.

Active Top Secret security clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in related fields.

Signal processing experience, including track fusion and filtering.

AFSIM developer training or plugin development experience.

Experience with military analysis at the mission or campaign level.

Proficiency in C++ software development.

Experience in SAP environments.

Knowledge of military tactics and capabilities.

Leadership experience in projects.

Operations analysis experience.

Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.

Additional Information This position remains open for at least 5 days, with potential extension. The estimated starting salary range is $143,487 to $197,295, with variations based on skills, experience, and location. SNC offers annual incentive pay, comprehensive benefits including health plans, 401(k) matching up to 6%, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
