About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Project Scheduler to join our team in Atlanta and help drive success on large-scale commercial construction projects, with a primary focus on data centers and mission-critical work . This role requires a combination of technical skills and a proactive, can-do mindset. You’ll be working with top-tier project teams and clients, helping to manage complex schedules and keep high-stakes projects on track. What You’ll Do Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 (or other tools as needed) Integrate schedules from multiple trades and contractors into cohesive project plans Conduct schedule risk analysis and scenario modeling to support decision-making Track progress, analyze variances, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners Assess the impacts of changes, RFIs, design revisions, or delays on project timelines Lead look-ahead planning sessions and produce clear, impactful schedule visuals Support claims analysis or forensic scheduling, if needed Help ensure all scheduling practices align with client and company standards What We’re Looking For 5+ years of scheduling experience on large commercial construction projects Prior work on data centers or mission-critical facilities strongly Proficiency in Primavera P6 (must-have); MS Project a plus Deep understanding of construction sequencing, logic ties, and CPM Strong communication skills—you can translate complex schedules into clear, actionable plans Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Eager, proactive attitude and a desire for career growth Willingness to travel as needed to support projects Compensation Salary range: $140,000 – $170,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications This is an incredible opportunity for someone
