Role Title: IT Support Analyst Duration: Full-time, permanent Salary: $60,000-$84,000 per year (median); Office Status: Full-time, in-officeMust-Have Technologies: Office 365 SQL, MySQL Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2012) Remote Desktop Support Advanced printer/peripheral troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP Relational Database Knowledge RingCentral VOIP (preferred) FileVine Legal Case Management (preferred) AI familiarity/interest (preferred) Responsibilities: Manage and support FileVine legal case management software (run reports, train staff, apply updates) Help manage RingCentral VOIP system Understand user requirements and recommend technology solutions Apply updates to computer systems as needed Determine cost, timetable, and compatibility for new systems Consult with managers to implement new systems Resolve help desk issues (hardware and software troubleshooting) Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and email Qualifications: 1-3 years of IT, Computer Science, or related experience Stable work history Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Experience with RingCentral VOIP (preferred) Experience with FileVine (preferred) AI experience (preferred) Legal industry experience (preferred) Certifications (preferred); commitment to staying current in the field Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently without needing reminders Ability to meet deadlines under pressure Knowledge of relational databases and server systems Familiarity with remote desktop and printer troubleshooting Benefits Info Benefits: start after 60 days of employment 401K PTO Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
