The Senior Manager, Member-Centric Analytics works with stakeholders to formulate, gauge, and prioritize business use cases by designing experiments and predictive/prescriptive models on large-scale datasets to address them. The person in this role will use statistics, complex analyses, and machine learning models to drive member value and business success. Cooperating with the Machine Learning and IT DevOps teams, the Senior Manager, Member-Centric Analytics will ensure operationalization and productization of solutions generated at an enterprise level.

Job Duties
Engage with business stakeholders and create meaningful relationships to drive change management, communicate analytics effectively, and implement insights into actions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers on analytics best practices, solution design, and lead code/design reviews. Initiate and drive projects to provide insights through advanced analytics models, addressing critical business issues to promote stakeholder growth and success. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact insights across core business areas. Deliver findings and recommendations from statistical analyses to stakeholders clearly and effectively. Lead and develop a team of high-performing employees through effective leadership, communication, coaching, and support for professional growth. Meet department metrics, update leaders on project progress, and communicate operational or employee issues as needed. Research, design, implement, and validate advanced algorithms/models analyzing diverse data sources to achieve targeted outcomes. Process, cleanse, and verify data integrity and pipelines used for analysis. Plan and execute experimental designs, perform statistical analysis on campaign data. Support stakeholders in integrating analytics assets into operational processes and recommend ongoing improvements. Essential Skills
Minimum 8 years' experience in a data science role, working with large datasets and implementing end-to-end solutions in financial services. 3+ years managing and leading data science teams, preferably in financial services. Expert coding skills in SQL, Python, and/or Spark, with recent hands-on experience. Deep knowledge of SQL, databases, and recent data science experience. Expertise in NLP, LLMs, and analytics approaches. Strong understanding of machine learning techniques (clustering, classification, neural nets, etc.). Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). Experience with cloud-based data science platforms (e.g., Dataiku) and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). Proficiency with scripting languages and ML platforms (Python, Spark, TensorFlow, R). Experience with Snowflake, containers (Kubernetes, Docker), and Git. Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex analysis into clear insights for diverse audiences. Comfortable steering ambiguous projects toward clear, actionable outcomes. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high-quality work. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Leadership ability to motivate teams and operate effectively under tight deadlines. Ability to translate business objectives into actionable analyses. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum Education:
Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, or related fields. Certification/License:

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:
$165K - $180K annually + bonus
