Solutions Sales Manager , you will lead a team responsible for transforming buildings into digitally connected and controlled environments. Drive rapid growth in a market where traditional construction intersects with cutting-edge technology. Be the bridge between innovation and implementation. As a Solution Sales Manager, you will:
Promote team selling, expand existing relationships, and develop new ones across divisions and regions. Engage and develop relationships with contractors within your territory. Develop your own leads and support your team in growing opportunities. Support sales processes from product knowledge to job turnover and implementation. Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and assess customer needs strategically. Review bids for accuracy, assist with margins, and establish relationships with contractors and customers. Collaborate across Siemens divisions to share knowledge and develop sales forecasts. Identify market opportunities, develop strategies, and participate in long-term planning. Promote Siemens' digitalization strategy, remote services, and big data analytics. Travel approximately 10% overnight for training and business development. Qualifications:
Basic: High School Diploma or GED 5+ years sales experience Management experience in construction industry Proficiency in Building Automation or Fire/Life Safety industry or software sales Ability to interpret job specifications and drawings Knowledge of contracting business and tier of contractors Organizational, presentation, negotiation skills English communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce Valid driver’s license, age 21+ Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship Preferred: Bachelor’s in Business or Engineering 7+ years sales experience Proficiency with Salesforce CRM Benefits:
