Our goal is to create top-notch Machine Learning products in the real estate industry. What You Will Work On Lead the development of models for complex, real-world problems. Develop complex data pipelines to support production systems. Implement machine learning algorithms into production. Monitor and maintain production machine learning data pipelines. Who We Are Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning model development, data pipelines, and robust ML software systems. Deep knowledge of various modeling techniques and frameworks. Understanding of ML pipelines including standardization, normalization, clustering, modeling, scoring, and validation. Strong knowledge of relational databases. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. Experience with distributed systems configuration and maintenance. Understanding of ETL processes and tools. Knowledge of data design principles across storage systems. Working knowledge of AWS. Ability to parse and manipulate diverse datasets and formats. Self-starter with the ability to turn ambiguity into results. Willingness to work independently and take responsibility. Ability to iterate quickly, learn continuously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork ability. What You Can Expect Salary range: $136,000 - $178,000 annually, based on experience and location. Additional compensation: profit-sharing bonus, stipends, referral bonuses.
