We strive for continuous progress in the research and development of innovative products, while building lasting relationships with our customers.This position reports directly to the Wet Compounding Manager or Wet Compounding Supervisor.Schedule is Friday - Sunday 5:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIESCleaning and sanitizing of Compounding vessels and equipmentClean filters, hoses, pipes, walls, pails, totes, rollers, and tables, ensuring proper cleaning procedures are followed.Clean and Sanitize tank farm tanks and pumps.Clean and Sanitized P3 storage tanks.Operate the CIP Skid to clean and sanitize P1 & P3 tanks.Clean and organize platform decks.Break down, clean, and re-assemble various fittings and blending equipment related to mixing tanks.Transfer finished bulk into pails, drums, totes, and/or portable tanks.Transfer finished bulk via overhead lines into P3 storage tanks.Assist Compounders with making batches if needed.Assist production personnel in moving bulk to production.Break down and clean various types of pumps for compounding departments.Completing all required cleaning documentation and attaching to cleaned staged equipment.Assist compounding personnel in the cleaning of equipment needed to start the day on fill linesReady equipment for other shiftsQualificationsTechnical Skills RequiredAbility to contribute to a productive and cooperative atmosphere, show commitment to team objectives, handle day-to-day work challenges, and manage multiple tasks at one time.Experience RequiredHigh school education or GED equivalent.Has worked in a manufacturing environment.Physical RequirementsRegularly sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.Ability to sit, balance, climb, stand, bend, squat, squeeze, kneel, turn, crouch, stoop repeatedly.Physically able to lift 75 pounds and manipulate up to a 500-pound drum on a regular basis.Frequent exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, heavy machinery, fumes, or airborne particles, wet floor moving mechanical parts, electrical, chemicals, and vibrations and working at a high platform.Prolonged use of computer screen.Must be able to discern differences in colors and shades.Good eye/hand coordinationAbility to seize, hold, grasp, turn, or otherwise working with hand or hands.
