Compensation:
$150,000 to $200,000 base salary, depending on experience About the Company: We are a top-tier general contractor with over $800 million in active work, known for managing high-profile commercial and community-focused projects. Our team delivers quality and innovation while building spaces that enhance the communities we serve. Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in general commercial construction and a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate has a strong track record managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ideally including public works, education, or recreational developments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, subcontractor management, scheduling, and client relations Oversee construction operations to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and design-build partners Manage a small project team including a Project Engineer and Superintendent Handle project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts Monitor jobsite performance and lead project meetings with stakeholders Ensure adherence to project specifications and local regulatory requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience managing general commercial construction projects Background in public works, park, or community-related projects is preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficient in software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms Why Join Us: Competitive salary between $150,000 to $200,000 Work with a collaborative, mission-driven team Opportunities for long-term career growth Contribute to meaningful projects that impact communities Seniority level
