The Project Manager will coordinate all office operations for one of our large-scale, fast-track projects with a commitment to quality and safe construction processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience to manage the entire process, including estimating, scheduling, logistics, cost management, financial reporting, contract administration, and construction operations. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Daily coordination with Design Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure responsibilities are met.
Prepare trade contracts and scopes of work collaboratively.
Coordinate project schedules among Consultants, Construction Management, and Subcontractors.
Oversee budget development and maintenance of cost reports.
Work with the Architect and Engineer of Record to monitor changes, reducing cost and schedule impacts.
Review drawing releases and identify scope changes.
Manage change order requests and review Schedule of Values for requisitions.
Coordinate trades on site to ensure proper planning and maintenance of schedule and logistics.
Oversee field operations, supervising personnel and Subcontractors.
Manage lobby and amenities processes, ensuring design alignment.
Monitor construction activity for compliance with contract and safety standards.
Coordinate inspections and attend weekly progress meetings.
Lead weekly meetings with Subcontractors and review RFIs and shop drawings.
Visit fabricators to monitor progress against schedule, billings, and budget.
Handle special projects as required.
Compensation
$125,000 - 175,000+ / year
Annual performance-based bonus
Qualifications
5-10 years’ experience, high-rise project experience preferred.
Skilled in conflict resolution and cooperation.
Knowledge of Prolog, Autodesk, PlanGrid or similar software preferred.
Understanding of scheduling, estimating, and cost principles.
Ability to work well with stakeholders, trades, unions, vendors, tenants, and management.
