to lead our sales, account management, and customer success teams across multiple European markets and drive our next phase of growth. Your Mission: As
VP Sales , you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, customer-centric culture, and operational excellence across our key markets:
DACH, BENELUX, Italy, Spain, France, Poland, UK, and the Nordics.
Your leadership will not only expand our market presence but also strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure sustainable, long-term success. Your impact will be measured by your
ability to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) ,
grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) in every market , and empower high-performing teams to exceed their goals. Your Responsibilities: Drive Growth and Revenue Expansion Lead and execute a scalable sales strategy that ensures annual revenue growth from business memberships across all markets. Develop and refine regional sales approaches to adapt to diverse market needs while maintaining a unified vision. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure our offerings align with customer needs and market dynamics. Lead with Vision and Inspire Change Be a thought leader and trusted advisor within Trusted Shops, guiding teams and stakeholders toward our ambitious growth vision. Drive alignment between strategy and execution, ensuring every initiative supports our long-term mission. Inspire a winning mindset that empowers teams to embrace challenges and achieve excellence. Build a Customer-First Sales Culture Infuse a customer focus into every team, ensuring value-driven conversations and long-term relationships. Elevate customer success and account management strategies to boost engagement, retention, and expansion. Establish customer-centric KPIs to track impact and continuously optimize performance. Increase Net Revenue Retention Strengthen customer loyalty and upsell strategies to maximize expansion revenue in each market. Implement best-in-class renewal processes to ensure our members continue to see Trusted Shops as a must-have partner. Align sales, account management, and customer success for seamless, end-to-end customer journeys. Create and Develop High-Performing Teams Build and mentor world-class sales and customer success teams that operate at the highest level of productivity. Champion ACT (Agile Customer Teams) leaders in each market, empowering them to deliver exceptional results. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, ensuring that teams are engaged and motivated. Optimize Sales Excellence and Execution Apply and evolve proven playbooks for predictable and scalable revenue growth. Ensure data-driven decision-making with support from our Controlling/ Business Intelligence Team, leveraging analytics to drive continuous improvement. Standardize best practices across regions while allowing flexibility for market-specific adaptations. What Success Looks Like: Annual recurring revenue (ARR) grows by 20% year over year. Net Revenue Retention (NRR) surpasses 100% in all markets, demonstrating strong customer loyalty and expansion. Customer engagement and satisfaction increase, leading to improved retention and expansion. ACT heads are well-supported and empowered, driving excellence in every market. ACT teams are high-performing, motivated, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Sales, Account Manager, and Customer Success Manager playbooks are consistently executed across regions. Job Requirements
Who You Are: A proven sales leader, with
10+ years of experience
leading
B2B SaaS or software sales
organizations. Extensive track record in leading global sales teams within
SaaS or software companies,
preferably with
revenues exceeding €50M
annually. Expertise in managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple international markets, with an understanding of cultural, legal, and regulatory differences. Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent across functions, including sales, account management, and customer success. Customer-centric mindset, leveraging insights to influence product roadmaps and improve sales messaging. A strategic thinker and hands-on executor, capable of balancing high-level vision with data-driven execution. A collaborative leader, able to align cross-functional teams and drive results in fast-paced, multi-market environments.
Fluent in English
