What You Will Be Doing
Architect and implement world-class training programs that transform Guides into exceptional learning facilitators Create comprehensive playbooks that codify best practices and set the standard for educational excellence Deliver high-impact, data-driven feedback that accelerates Guide performance and student achievement Demonstrate masterful coaching through hands-on mentorship of student cohorts

Create traditional lesson plans – our innovative platform handles the curriculum, allowing you to focus on developing exceptional facilitators Compromise on excellence – we maintain 100% mastery standards, and you'll ensure we hit that mark Run conventional professional development – your training approach will be dynamic, practical, and transformative
Coach Key Responsibilities
Drive educational excellence by developing and leading a team of Guides who consistently deliver exceptional student outcomes through mastery of the Alpha learning system.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field 5+ years of proven experience in education, L&D, or coaching Track record of developing innovative educational programs and training initiatives Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams Extensive experience working with youth (ages 5-18) Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience Must work on-site in Austin, TX, or Plano, TX Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
