The Principal Field Application Engineer (FAE) will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing new or existing opportunities in the global IT market. The FAE will work with customers at all levels, manage projects with internal and external teams, and support business growth. Customer focus and solutions expertise are key, along with ensuring business continuity and support. The FAE must collaborate across departments to initiate or maintain projects aligned with customer requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of FAE's to support revenue growth Expand account penetration and loyalty through solution architecture and presentations Collaborate with sales to understand customer and partner requirements and develop technical solutions Provide technical leadership in pre-sales and oversee solution implementation Engage with C-level technical customers to build trust Diagnose system architecture issues, hardware and software interactions Possess basic hardware debugging skills Manage product hardware and software engineers during development Lead investigation and resolution of field problems Understand firmware, drivers, OS, applications, and their interactions Develop and review system solutions, bids, and presentations Coordinate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept solutions Present corporate brand, products, and solutions to customers Conduct on-site visits for solution integration and troubleshooting Travel up to 25% as required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering Excellent communication skills and business acumen Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, especially with CxO interactions in Financial Services (Quant Finance, Trading, KYC, AML, Fraud Prevention) Strong background in x86 server architecture Solid hardware system diagnostics skills Familiarity with firmware, Linux, Windows, and virtualization is a plus Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary investigations Ability to work under pressure Experience with AI applications in Financial Services and liquid cooling data centers is beneficial Salary Range:

$177,000 - $220,000 Compensation depends on location, experience, education, skills, and internal benchmarks. Benefits include comprehensive packages, bonuses, and equity options. EEO Statement:
