Site Reliability Engineers at UKG develop software solutions to enhance service delivery, including building CI/CD pipelines, automation, capacity planning, monitoring, and incident response. They are passionate about learning, innovation, and automating everything to ensure speed, consistency, and high availability. About The Role

Responsibilities: Manage the lifecycle of services from conception to EOL, including system design and capacity planning. Establish standards for system architecture, service delivery, metrics, and automation. Support teams with tooling to improve availability and incident response. Enhance system performance and efficiency through automation and analysis. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable services. Reduce operational toil by treating challenges as software engineering problems. Mentor junior team members and champion SRE practices. Participate in incident response and on-call duties. Partner with stakeholders to achieve optimal technical and business outcomes. Qualifications: At least 8 years of experience in Engineering or Cloud. Minimum 5 years working with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure. Experience with large-scale application and systems infrastructure. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, C++, or Java. Knowledge of cloud applications and containerization. Understanding of metrics, logs, databases, and distributed tracing. Experience with Terraform, Ansible. Fundamentals in Computer Science, Cloud architecture, Security, or Network Design.
