**Job Title: Senior Automation Controls Engineer** We are seeking a Sr Automation Controls Engineer to support sites within AR East, focusing on controls continuous improvement projects. The role involves creating mechanisms for local teams to drive improvements, with a focus on OEE, flow mechanisms, controls communication, and Jam DPMO improvements. Key Responsibilities

Support Sev calls:

Lead and provide direction during Sev calls in the AR East Super Region. Site support and training:

Travel to sites to train, audit local controls teams, and develop strong mechanisms for team improvement. Collaboration:

Work closely with the NACF Controls Team and serve as the POC for AR East. Flow improvements:

Focus on Jam DPMO and First Pass Yield enhancements. Defect and health improvements:

Improve Scan Defects, MHE Defects, and AR Drive Health at various sites. SOP development:

Develop troubleshooting SOPs for site use. About the Team

Our RME Team is dedicated to driving continuous improvement through a customer-obsessed approach. Basic Qualifications

Experience with controls related to Profibus, ASIMON, Flexsort, and PLC logic applications. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience (4+ years in maintenance or 2+ years Amazon experience). Leadership in change management across multiple sites. Experience with equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. 7+ years in industrial controls and automation. Knowledge of major MHE integrators. Proven ability to drive goals independently. Proficient in data analysis and process development. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Dematic, Intelligrated, and Vanderlande systems. Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
