The Account Executive, Data Breach Response role is an SME position focused on promoting Relativity's AI product, Data Breach Response, to new and existing customers at major companies worldwide. Relativity offers solutions supporting legal data intelligence needs for law firms, corporations, and partners. This role is part of our
RelOne+
team, which supports the launch and adoption of AI products and is a rapidly growing area of our GTM focus. Job Description and Requirements Responsibilities: Drive sales of the Data Breach Response product across all customer segments globally. Build and strengthen executive relationships with strategic clients to influence their long-term technology decisions. Manage entire sales cycles for Data Breach Response, including product demos, presentations, negotiations, and understanding legal and business risks, including presenting multiyear agreements to C-level executives. Contribute to Relativity's go-to-market strategy for the global growth of Data Breach Response in collaboration with Product Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams. Coordinate global sales opportunities with sales teams worldwide. Qualifications: 5+ years of successful quota-carrying, full-cycle sales experience in an enterprise software company. SaaS sales experience, preferably in the cyber/incident response industry. Experience in complex solution selling or customer success management, involving solutions that require clients to realign business processes. Proven success in territory planning, strategic account management, and quota achievement. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. #LI-LB1 Relativity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position offers total compensation including competitive cash on-target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range is between
$132,000 and $198,000 . The final offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Typically, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow for future salary growth.
