Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE Launch Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology, adhering to Brivity best practices Execute PLACE lead generation weekly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Conduct two open houses monthly Participate in team activities weekly including script practice per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, PLACE Training, Brivity Training, and PLACE Partner Call Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers

Qualifications

Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience.

Intrinsically motivated sales professional and team player with a competitive spirit and a learning based, growth-mindset.

Mindful of time management

Excellent at building rapport

Mindful listener

Problem solver

Organized

Strong written and verbal communication skills
