Senior (10+ years) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and certified

SAP SSAM (Service and Asset Management) Consultant

to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP SSAM solutions within a

regulated industry environment . The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of

SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)

and

SAP SSAM , along with proven experience in

life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries .

You will work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams, and compliance leads to deliver robust, validated asset management solutions aligned with GMP, GxP, and other regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of

SAP SSAM

solutions in alignment with industry best practices. Engage in full lifecycle SAP SSAM projects including

requirements gathering ,

blueprinting ,

functional specs ,

testing ,

training , and

go-live . Collaborate with

business teams in the life sciences/pharma/medical device sector

to understand operational and compliance requirements. Configure integration between

SSAM, EAM, PM (Plant Maintenance) , and relevant modules (MM, QM, etc.). Ensure adherence to

CSV (Computer System Validation)

and documentation standards (GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11). Work with

SAP BTP, mobility, Fiori, or field service solutions

integrated with SSAM. Provide training, user support, and post-go-live stabilization services. Stay up to date with

SAP S/4HANA Asset Management innovations , and SSAM roadmap. Required Skills and Qualifications:

10+ years of experience

in SAP EAM/PM/SSAM implementation and support. Proven hands-on expertise in

SAP SSAM (Service and Asset Management)

processes and configuration. Strong background working in

life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries . In-depth understanding of

regulatory compliance (GxP, GMP, FDA, ISO)

requirements. Experience with

SAP Fiori, SAP BTP , and mobile asset management tools is a plus. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong stakeholder engagement experience. SAP Certification in EAM/PM or SSAM

is required. Preferred:

Experience with

SAP S/4HANA

Asset Management. Familiarity with tools like

SAP Asset Performance Management (APM)

or integration with

IoT-based predictive maintenance . Exposure to

SAP Field Service Management (FSM)

or
