Senior Manager, Infrastructure Systems
Role
As a Senior Manager of Engineering, you will manage a team of system engineers and Solution Architects working on projects deploying solutions for Conduent’s internal and external customers. Your team will work alongside project team members to plan, design, and implement resilient and secure solutions. You will work with your peers on the leadership team to ensure timely project delivery helping the project teams overcome roadblocks to delivery.
We Need Someone Who Can
Allocates resources to meet the demands of the business. Manages several cross-functional teams around the globe. Ensures effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Engages internal and external stakeholders, working closely with leaders across IT, the business and all service delivery leads to providing clear direction. Provides leadership and direction for the Engineering & Infrastructure staff. Coordinates with project managers on engagement lifecycle. Monitors active projects and tasks to ensure that delivery dates and expectations are met. Establishes processes for engaging the Engineer staff.
Basic Qualifications For Consideration
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with 5 years of leadership experience managing projects in Infrastructure. Managing Teams of system engineers and solution architects primarily with Microsoft technologies Team leadership and management experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Experience with technology project delivery. A strong understanding of database design, database security concepts, and related technologies. Strong communication, decision making and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to work under pressure and take responsibility during situation management. Agree to work independently to carry out on-call duties as scheduled. Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or equivalent.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $122,000- $158,000.
