About The Company
Our client is an SEC-registered alternative investment firm with over $12 billion in AUM. The firm invests in specialty finance, corporate, and real estate asset classes for private credit and special opportunities. The position will provide extensive in-office support as well as some personal assistance to one of the firm’s Partners.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage a heavy calendar ensuring schedules are followed
Coordinate and manage international and domestic travel arrangements
Process expenses monthly
Prepare agendas and documents for meetings
Greet guests and manage set up for in-person meetings
Liaise with outside organizations on behalf of the Partner
Track family health care expenses
Light bookkeeping for personal investments
Provide backup support for other members of the team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5-10 years of relevant experience
Financial Services experience is preferred
Strong knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
High integrity, collegial, transparent, and relationship-oriented
Salary Range
$130,000-$150,000
