Duties: Design and develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma Utilize and contribute to our existing design system, focusing on reusable and flexible components Collaborate daily with a team of designers to refine concepts and deliver impactful solutions Present design solutions and articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders, including large groups Participate in stakeholder meetings, gathering feedback and incorporating it into designs Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all design outputs, ensuring accuracy and consistency Desired Skills/Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer A strong professional portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions Expert-level proficiency in Figma Experience or understanding of building design systems and thinking about designs in terms of reusable components Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to eloquently speak to your work Solid experience with wireframing Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring error-free designs and documentation Demonstrated experience presenting to and collaborating with stakeholder Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position starting at
