Overview Toyota Financial Services (TFS) is part of Toyota, delivering a top-tier customer experience with a focus on innovation and collaboration. This position is based in Plano, TX. Who We’re Looking For A Technical Lead for Salesforce Platform with expertise in architecture, development, and team leadership. Responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading development efforts, managing integrations, and ensuring platform performance and security. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs. What You’ll Be Doing Leading Salesforce development teams, designing solutions, overseeing implementation, managing integrations, optimizing performance, ensuring security compliance, and mentoring team members. Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and development best practices is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead Salesforce developers and administrators Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions Oversee development, customization, and deployment Manage integrations with third-party systems Monitor and optimize platform performance Ensure security and compliance standards Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices Mentor and train team members What You Bring Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations Knowledge of Salesforce Data and Security Models Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Copado, Gearset Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud products Additional technical skills in Java, React, Microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) are a plus Added bonus if you have Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field Experience in Banking/Financial Services or FinTech sectors What We’ll Bring Competitive benefits, professional growth opportunities, team member discounts, health plans, flexible work options, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
