Senior Specialist, Identity and Access Management
to join our Managed Services practice. Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve Privileged Access Management (PAM) incidents, primarily based on ITIL Incident Management principles. Manage the incident lifecycle proactively, including identification, categorization, prioritization, and resolution. Create and maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, and scripts to restore normal operations. Monitor IAM operations and escalate incidents to Level three support as needed. Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure efficient incident management and address IAM-related needs. Uphold integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain a respectful work environment. Qualifications:
Minimum three years of recent experience in IAM, with at least one year in Incident Management, Change, and Problem Management within an ITIL managed services environment. Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field; CyberArk or similar cybersecurity PAM certification preferred; ITIL certification preferred. Strong understanding of PAM processes, controls, and systems, especially CyberArk PAM; experience with Azure AD, SailPoint ISC, MIM, Okta, Ping Identity, and Hitachi Password Manager preferred. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues within prescribed timelines, maintaining service levels. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Availability to work night and weekend shifts. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship provided.
