Steampunk Full Stack Developer , you’ll work with a team of software engineers, test automation engineers, designers, and product owners to bring conceptual solutions to life in a mature Agile/DevSecOps environment. You will leverage your experience across different application teams and technology stacks to deliver exceptional solutions and products. You will be hands-on with developing new functionalities and ensuring solutions follow Steampunk’s philosophy of human-centered design and co-created experiences. Mentoring junior developers may be required. Qualifications Required Skills: Ability to obtain a security clearance Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field 8+ years of software development experience 5+ years of experience with agile software development 8+ years with multiple back-end languages (e.g., C, C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks 5+ years with build, deployment, and release automation in a DevOps environment 5+ years with infrastructure as code, automated server/network configurations, large-scale deployments, monitoring, and testing (CI/CD) 5+ years automating tests for quality, security, performance, and usability Experience with Docker Experience writing and evaluating user stories, acceptance criteria, and pull requests Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, attention to detail, and communication skills Experience with .NET, Java 17, Drupal, ETL, Angular 17 Preferred Skills / Attributes: Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Ansible or Terraform Cloud solutions development experience Experience with Looker, GCP Relevant certifications API development experience with Java Spring and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Nunjucks) Experience with Lean Design, TDD, BDD Passion for full-stack development About Steampunk Steampunk’s salary factors include location, education, skills, and experience.
