Painter/Blaster
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Blaster to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and blasting services to meet the needs of our clients. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Painter/Blaster Responsibilities: Perform blasting and painting utilizing marine coating to specified contract requirements Understand and apply blasting and painting specifications, including blast profiles and millage requirements Operate blast equipment, including hooking up airlines to the manifold and spraying horizontal, vertical, and side-to-side Demonstrate knowledge of blast equipment and its proper use Identify and correct blast and paint deficiencies as required by contract specifications Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard Maintain a safe and clean work environment Painter/Blaster Position Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a painter/blaster Ability to perform all blasting and painting requirements and functions utilizing various applications Understanding of blasting and painting specifications, including blast profiles and millage requirements Ability to hook up airlines to the manifold and spray horizontal, vertical, and side-to-side Knowledge of blast equipment and ability to demonstrate its proper use Valid driver's license and ability to travel (if required) High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines #LI-Onsite
