Reducto helps AI teams ingest real world enterprise data with state of the art accuracy. The vast majority of enterprise data — from financial statements to health records — is locked in unstructured file formats like PDFs and spreadsheets. We train vision models to read those documents the way a human would, and make it possible to build products, train models, and automate processes at scale. We’ve grown quickly, from zero to mid 7 figure ARR in 1 year, and now work with hundreds of companies including leading AI teams (Harvey, Vanta, Scale), and enterprise giants (FAANG, top 3 trading firm). We’re backed by top investors like Benchmark and First Round Capital, and are seeking a Founding Account Executive to help us capitalize on our momentum and expand our GTM efforts.

You're a motivated self-starter who excels at driving deals from prospecting to close. You understand that at this stage, execution is everything — you'll be responsible for hitting targets and delivering revenue through an organized sales process. Experience:

You have a proven track record of exceeding targets in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with technical products or AI/ML solutions. You thrive in high-growth environments where adaptability is key. Strategic Thinking:

You can identify customer pain points and effectively articulate our value proposition to various stakeholders. Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships with technical and business decision-makers. Collaboration:

You work well with cross-functional teams and are eager to partner with our founding team to gather market feedback that shapes our product and GTM strategy. Technical Acumen:

You can quickly understand complex technical concepts and communicate our value to both technical and business stakeholders. You understand the AI/ML landscape and can position our solution effectively. The core responsibilities include: Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification Contributing to our sales playbook development, refining strategies based on what works Working closely with founders to provide market feedback and customer insights Documenting customer requirements, objections, and competitive insights to improve our sales process Playing a key role in building our company culture as we grow Preferred experience: Experience selling AI/ML or document processing solutions Existing network of enterprise relationships Experience selling to both technical and business buyers This is an in-person role at our San Francisco, CA office.
