The Opportunity:
CCI is seeking talented Systems Engineers (SE) with Hardware Engineering (VHDL) experience for work near Fort Meade, Maryland. You will leverage your Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) experience to support national defense strategies. Responsibilities:
Manage system requirements to ensure delivery of production systems compatible with architectures like DoDAF and SOA. Assist in developing system, functional, and component requirements. Coordinate resolution of action items from design and program reviews. Participate in Integrated Product Teams to design new capabilities. Allocate real-time process and error budgets. Generate system concepts, physical architectures, and design solutions. Define verification methods and evaluation criteria. Develop system design solutions fulfilling requirements and functional analysis. Review program work breakdown structures and plans. Develop system engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans and Requirements Specifications. Participate in interface definition, design, and configuration management throughout the system lifecycle. Derive stakeholder needs and detailed requirements for system components. Participate in establishing and gaining approval of development definitions. Develop derived requirements for Information Assurance and Security mechanisms. Qualifications:
Required: Minimum 5+ years of industry experience Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or related experience Knowledge of FPGAs Knowledge of ModelSim, VHDL/Verilog, and Xilinx tools Desired:
Software languages (Java, C, C++, Ruby on Rails) and operating systems (Unix, Linux, Windows). What You Can Expect:

The salary range is $94,400 - $198,200, influenced by location, experience, skills, and other factors. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, and education benefits.
