Active TS/SCI Clearance Required!! OVERVIEW: We're seeking an experienced Senior DSP Engineer to lead development of advanced signal processing algorithms for mission-critical government programs. If you excel in RF technology, algorithm design, and collaborative engineering, youll find this opportunity both challenging and rewarding. RESPONSIBILITIES: Research, design, and implement cutting-edge signal-processing algorithms for RF applications Perform analysis, simulation, modeling, and reverse engineering of RF signals and data Transition algorithms into high-performance, real-time production environments Work independently or as part of a small engineering team to deliver robust technical solutions TECH EXPERTISE: Signal processing Digital communications Detection and estimation theory Radar signal processing Remote sensing Adaptive antenna array processing Navigation and geolocation PREFERRED SKILLS Strong programming proficiency in C/C++ and Python Experience in scientific computing and algorithm implementation Familiarity with Linux environments and open-source toolchains Knowledge of Software Defined Radio (SDR), RF/baseband architectures, and wireless propagation modeling Understanding of modern communications protocols (e.g., LTE, WCDMA, GSM, 802.11, 802.16) Background in numerical linear algebra is a plus MUST HAVE: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field 7+ years of professional experience in digital signal processing Prior experience developing algorithms for defense or government contracts highly preferred
