With seven domestic facilities and aggressive plans for expansion, this organization offers a high-growth environment where innovation and operational excellence are valued. The Oklahoma City plant plays a critical role in scaling production while maintaining product quality and efficiency. Position Overview We are seeking a technically skilled and results-driven Process Optimization Engineer to join a collaborative team of engineers, scientists, and operators focused on increasing manufacturing capacity and improving product quality. The successful candidate will play a vital role in implementing process improvements, resolving bottlenecks, and enhancing production efficiency using data-driven strategies and best-in-class engineering practices. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in mechanical or chemical engineering, and a passion for hands-on manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing production capacity and reducing cycle times

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, and plant operations to identify and resolve inefficiencies

Analyze production systems that include drying technologies (spray drying, fluidized beds) and solids handling processes to improve throughput and quality

Utilize heat and mass transfer knowledge to support drying, granulation, and liquid processing operations

Develop scopes of work for capital projects and provide process design recommendations to engineering leadership

Monitor production metrics and process data to support root cause investigations and ongoing quality improvement efforts

Serve as a key technical resource for operations staff, providing hands-on support and guidance to solve day-to-day process issues

Support expansion initiatives and commissioning of new equipment or production lines

Assist in developing and implementing process control strategies and SOPs

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (required)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or processing environment post-graduation

Proven expertise in solids handling, spray drying, fluidized beds, and granulation processes

Strong knowledge of heat and mass transfer principles

Familiarity with liquid processing (slurries, mix tanks, pumps) is highly preferred

Hands-on experience with process troubleshooting, optimization, and debottlenecking

Demonstrated ability to work across departments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel
