Director of Preconstruction
to lead preconstruction efforts and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of projects in Florida. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing estimating, budgeting, value engineering, and client engagement during the preconstruction phase. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the preconstruction team, including estimators and project coordinators. Develop and maintain accurate project budgets, schedules, and scopes. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Oversee bid preparation, subcontractor selection, and proposal development. Identify and mitigate risks during the preconstruction phase. Drive continuous improvement in preconstruction processes and tools. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a preconstruction leadership role. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills. Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
