Requirements Engineer The Opportunity: As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to shape Air Force missions by leading requirements engineering efforts. Your customer will trust you to design, develop, and evolve systems with advanced technology solutions. You Have: 10+ years of experience with multi-discipline systems engineering Experience with requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, Cameo, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect Ability to use work breakdown structures for planning, monitoring, and controlling cost, schedule, and technical performance Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in a STEM field Nice If You Have: Experience with system performance evaluation, specifications, constraints, risk management, and mitigation strategies Experience with Air or Missile systems Top Secret clearance Master's degree in a STEM field Clearance:
Secret clearance required; eligible for security investigation. Compensation:
Salary range $86,800 - $198,000 annually. Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. The posting closes within 90 days. Identity Statement:
