As we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward greater focus on the use of data and strengthen our digital and AI capabilities, we are seeking a Senior AI Scientist. In this role, you will apply latest technology and development best practice to design, build and deliver reusable AI capabilities which will yield a significant business benefit, build our competitive advantage and help differentiate in the market through execution on innovation.
What you’ll be doing
Design, build and deliver scalable AI capabilities for prioritized AI projects Deliver new features of the team’s strategic products by collaborating with data scientists, front-end developers, product managers, and other team members. Ensure high-quality software delivery by conducting code reviews, debugging Improve application performance in agile manner, focusing on low latency, high availability, and system efficiency Develop, grow and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning developers in the end-to-end development of AI solutions, from conceptualization and prototyping to deployment and continuous optimization Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in the Data Science and AI space through the use of best practice tools and techniques. Follow a customer-first attitude in the team, prioritizing service for our business stakeholders above all else
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, EE or relevant disciplines Hands-on knowledge and experience in the full life cycle of AI technical capability development, from ideation and data exploration to model training, selection, deployment, and monitoring. Experience in leveraging GenAI to develop and expand the AI product portfolio Proficiency in working with both SQL and NoSQL databases Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines Multiple years of experience in a Data Science, AI or related roles (Science, Statistics or Engineering) supporting multiple specialty areas of Digital, Data and Analytics Requires a combination of solid execution, strategic thinking and ability to ‘connect the dots’ Passion for digital, data and AI and experience working within a digital and data driven organization

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $106,500 to $186,500 USD.
Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
