At Regions, the Community Development Specialist is assigned throughout the bank’s footprint and is responsible for understanding market conditions and community development needs within assigned Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) assessment areas. This role provides advice, guidance, and technical assistance to bank leadership, business groups, and community organizations that promote CRA-qualified lending, investment, and service activities. It reviews assessment area CRA performance, manages data and documentation related to CRA-qualified activities, and provides exam data to CRA Compliance for regulator submissions. Associates at this level are recognized as experts within and outside the organization, with broad knowledge of community development programs and often acting as leaders or resources for colleagues with less experience. Primary Responsibilities

Maintain and document qualified CRA investments, services, community development lending, and other reporting critical for CRA exams. Ensure CRA exam documentation and data accurately reflect performance in designated areas. Collaborate with CRA Compliance to lead efforts in meeting CRA requirements. Enhance business relationships by partnering with Market Executives and Business Groups to leverage CRA opportunities. Create CRA plans for assigned territories and develop corrective action plans for deficiencies. Expand external relationships through outreach with local, state, and regional community development organizations focusing on affordable housing, small business development, neighborhood revitalization, disaster recovery, and services for low- and moderate-income individuals and families. Monitor and track best practices, issues, and trends in community development. Serve as a subject matter expert on community development issues/needs. Seek opportunities to increase public awareness of Regions' community development activities. Contribute to departmental goals and complete assigned tasks, coordinating your area of expertise. This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Social Science, Urban Planning, or related field, with 8+ years of experience in Community Development or CRA. Or High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of related experience in Community Development, CRA, and Banking. Preferences

Banking experience. Skills and Competencies

Analytical skills to assess needs and close deals. Strong knowledge of CRA and HMDA regulations. Strong knowledge of financial services products. Excellent customer service, written, and oral communication skills. Knowledge of housing programs and business lending functions. Willingness to travel. Compensation Details

Pay ranges are based on market data and vary depending on experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, location, and performance. The target salary range for this position in Tampa, Florida, is: Minimum: $109,179.95 USD 50th Percentile: $142,680.00 USD Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan. Location:
