$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Alta 1st Talent Solutions We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to support and oversee the successful execution of construction and development projects. This individual will play a key role in coordinating across internal teams and external partners, ensuring that projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Administering contracts:
Routing contracts for signatures, meticulously filing executed documents, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Managing project documentation:
This involves preparing, distributing, and meticulously organizing essential project plans. Overseeing bonds:
Procuring necessary Payment and Performance Bonds to meet project requirements. Coordinating submittals:
Creating comprehensive submittal transmittal packages, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date submittal log, and ensuring proper filing of all returned and approved submittals. Assisting with subcontracts and purchase orders:
Reviewing quotes, confirming scope and quantities with the estimating team, and maintaining a comprehensive job site contact list. Supporting field coordination:
Conducting regular job site visits to verify subcontractor quantities and actively monitoring overall project progress.
