Responsibilities: Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agencys standards of client service Find homes that meet buyer clients criteria and budget to generate sales faster Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Lead follow up Real estate buyer sales Database Lead generation Close sales Follow the team plan Sales mastery Qualifications: Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Present yourself in a professional manner Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
