5+ years of experience in asset-based and structured finance transactions. Experience with warehouse lending, forward flow transactions, and repurchase agreements. Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills. Ability to manage associate teams effectively. Member of the State Bar of New York. Strong academic credentials and prior Big Law experience. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the State Bar of New York. Skills
