The
Manager, Engineering
supervises and provides technical direction to one or more implementation teams of software and test engineers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Designing, building, and releasing software features and bug fixes for Relias’s platform as a senior engineer developer.
Leading and developing a team of software engineers in an Agile environment.
Recommending strategies for complex technical challenges.
Developing domain and technology knowledge, including services, methodologies, standards, tools, and best practices.
Acting as an agile delivery lead, participating in backlog management, sprint planning, and feature refinement.
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
3+ years leading, mentoring, and developing technical talent.
7+ years in software development.
2-5 years of .NET Core, C# experience.
1+ years of SQL Server experience.
Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
AZ 900 and AZ 204 Certifications.
Hands-on experience with system design, service-oriented architecture, and microservices.
Strong understanding of technologies like C# or Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, SQL Server, and cloud solutions such as Azure, AWS, GCP.
Experience leading engineering teams using Agile.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to mentor and grow a team of engineers.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
1+ years with modern Front End frameworks (Angular, React, Svelte, etc.).
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps.
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
