Position Summary

Corgan is actively seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Aviation team. You will work alongside a team of creative and motivated professionals committed to achieving outstanding results. Our ideal candidate is passionate, eager to take on more responsibilities, and looking to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities

Develop competitive fee structures based on the defined scope of services for project pursuits.

Establish and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.

Oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Manage client expectations effectively.

Provide leadership by defining team members’ roles, leveraging strengths, offering mentorship, and providing growth opportunities.

Foster open dialogue within the project team regarding design and technical ideas, and facilitate appropriate solutions.

Motivate the team to meet project goals through encouragement and course correction as needed.

Oversee construction phase procedures, including documentation and communication.

Present technical solutions to project stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal staff, external consultants, and stakeholders for cohesive project execution.

Conduct and participate in presentations.

Identify and explore new business opportunities through professional networks.

Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within project teams.

Develop project directives, outlines, schedules, and strategies.

Manage project documentation, phasing, and technical challenges.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Implement quality assurance and control processes.

Stay updated and apply new methodologies, practices, and codes.

Manage client relationships effectively.

Provide leadership and mentorship to staff.

Qualifications

NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum of 12 years' experience in commercial architecture.

Experience with large airport terminals or managing large teams on significant projects.

Professional registration.

Strong commitment to QA/QC.

Deep understanding of drawing sets, construction, and design documentation.

Experience managing consultants and contractors.

Interest in sustainable design.

Proficiency in managing project fees and schedules.

Proven leadership in project coordination and collaboration.

Strong marketing and client relations skills.

Expertise in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence.

Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Revit proficiency is strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.

Experience with all stages of design documentation and construction administration.

Attention to detail and analytical skills.

Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Base Salary Range: $115,000 - $160,000 annually – Los Angeles locations only

The salary range is a general estimate for candidates in Los Angeles and may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. This range does not include total compensation.
