As a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will join a premier, fee-based, non-discretionary investment advisory team, providing clients with personalized service and ongoing advice based on Schwab’s investing approach. You will work as a fiduciary, delivering an exceptional client experience and helping clients manage complex portfolios using a variety of products such as stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and options trading. You will have the chance to grow within an experienced, collaborative team, deepen relationships with industry-leading advisors, and mentor junior team members. Required
CFP or CFA designation Bachelor’s degree Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment) Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license (may be obtained within 120 days of employment) Five+ years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients Preferred
Five+ years of direct client experience in financial services (highly preferred) In addition to the salary, this role is eligible for bonus or incentives. Benefits
